  The rooms were very hot and noisy if you leave window open as right besides the car park. Woke up about 10 times in the night.

  Definitely the worst Premier Inn experience we've had. Really bad nights sleep due to the extremely thin and nasty pillows, (more pillowcase than pillow) at the last count I woke up over 9 times in 6 hours to try and get some firmness (folding each pillow in half) into the pillows.
  
  One other big issue was that how can they justify one towel between two people, the receptionist on checkout than seemed to imply it was our own fault as we should have asked for more, by the time we knew we only had one towel it was too late, what were we supposed to do? Go down to reception starkers dripping water everywhere?
  
  Having used Premier Inns several times over the last 5 or 6 years I dont know if this is a cost saving measure across all hotels or if it is just this one.
  
  Despite having worst nights sleep resulting in the need for painkillers for a really bad headache this did not live up to the great night sleep guaranteed.
  
  Also there was a laminated sheet with information from the manager which had a glaring typing mistake making it sound like it was from the meerkats. This was actually known to the staff and manager and I was advised that they were hoping no one would spot this (or comment on it)

  I have stayed here a few times and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I have no complaints. Great value for money
